1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SocMgt software platforms (web dashboard, mobile applications, and gate security portals), your housing society, association, committee, and enrolled residents agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Society Responsibilities and Data Accuracy
The registered Management Committee or RWA represents that it has the authority to enroll units, assign administrator roles, upload resident contact directories, and configure billing rules under its state cooperative society or apartment ownership bylaws.
3. Direct Payment Settlement
SocMgt provides software workflows to facilitate maintenance invoice generation, tracking, and gateway integration. SocMgt is a software technology provider, not a banking institution or payment intermediary. All collections settle directly to the society's authorized bank accounts.
4. Service Availability & Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud infrastructure and guard app portals. Standard technical support is provided to designated society administrators via email at info@socmgt.com.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
