We process data on behalf of community administrators who serve as Data Fiduciaries:

• Member & Unit Information: Resident names, flat numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, and ownership/tenancy status.
• Billing & Payment Records: Invoices generated, transaction timestamps, receipt numbers, and outstanding dues ledgers.
• Gate Security & Visitor Logs: Visitor names, vehicle numbers, host flat numbers, check-in/out timestamps, and delivery notifications.
• Service Requests: Complaint tickets, maintenance descriptions, and technician resolution logs.

3. Zero Third-Party Commercial Data Sharing

SocMgt does not sell, rent, or trade resident or community data to advertisers, financial brokers, or marketing networks. Information is utilized strictly to provide operational services to your residential society.

4. Data Storage and Security

All community data is securely hosted with role-based access control, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Society committees retain ownership of their data and can request comprehensive data exports or deletions.
